Mark Witholt

President and Business Development

As President and Business Development for CWP Constructors, Mark is responsible for the overall operations at CWP Constructors, working directly with Managers to execute work on time, safely and on budget.

Since graduating from the University of Alberta in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Mark has worked as a project leader on multiple heavy civil construction projects throughout Western Canada. Starting as a superintendent in 1999, then working towards construction engineering and project management including bridge rehabilitation, excavation, roadwork, and hydroelectric projects.

Mark provides day-to-day executive leadership to current projects and oversees project estimates. Mark has a strong commitment to quality, safety, environment, budget, schedules and positive client relations. [Linkedin]

Kelly Kurysh

General Manager

Since graduating from the University of Saskatchewan in 2003, Kelly’s work experience has ranged from field engineer, office engineer, senior estimator, project engineer, superintendent, and project manager in positions across Western Canada and the United States. With a wide range of construction projects, construction expertise includes estimating, scheduling, staging and planning as well as being a leader in the field.

Since starting with CWP Constructors as a Project Manager, Kelly has managed jobs ranging from $100K-$5M in value. In 2019, Kelly moved into a new position as General Manager. With this, Kelly is responsible for overall company operations including planning, scheduling of equipment and personnel, negotiations and client relations for all CWP projects. Additional responsibilities include the implementation of new systems, procedures and policies developed by the company and the applicable training requirements for these implementations.  [Linkedin]
